Visiting Newcastle for our daughter's baby shower and stayed at The Executive Inn. One word to describe our stay......Exceptional. Staff were able to accommodate a change of room, due to my husband's poor mobility and we were able to get closer to the lift. Twin double room is spacious and beds are comfy. A big shout out to the two reception staff on Friday 21/2/25. One staff member, Julianne, was also working when we vacated on 23/2/25. Two beautiful, caring women who were very understanding of our situation. Buffet breakfast also included which was very good. Could also not fault the service from all staff in the Breakfast area. Please pass on our thanks to your staff, as good staff are the biggest asset to any business and The Executive Inn staff, were outstanding. Finally, easy access to Wests (Club), free undercover, secure parking and a very inviting pool/outdoor area. A big thankyou for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to staying at The Executive Inn next time we are in Newcastle.

I would like to fully compliment your reception staff on 17/6. I think it was Ella. Room issue only with TV. Handled so professionally with change of room. Thank you. I come here 2nd monthly for work. No complaints, rooms are always clean and your reservation / reception staff are always amazing.

Great rooms, very clean, loved the minibar. Very comfortable furniture, and the room had everything we needed. Great lighting and good view. Very wonderful staff! We were also provided with what we requested, which we were very happy about! My issue was that their pillows were super super hard! I would say it was the hardest pillows I’ve came across in a hotel. I couldn’t sleep well throughout the night and kept waking up because of this. Next time, I’ll take my own pillows with me. The other issue was that I woke up to kids screaming their lungs out around the pool area in the morning! I couldn’t go back to sleep after this. There is no staff in the pool area to make sure the kids volume doesn’t go too high.

Great accommodation linked to a great club - what more could you need! We enjoyed all of our meals at the Wests New Lambton club and they were all large and delicious. |The accommodation was spotless and very roomy. The parking was easy and plentiful as well.

I stay here every time I come to Newcastle for medical appointments and events. Rooms are always amazing, beds comfortable, free high speed WiFi, amazing buffet breakfast and the nicest staff that are always happy to help with anything you need, from reception to wait staff to cleaners. Enjoy going to the connected club for dinners too and find it a convenient entrance from hotel to the club.

Went off this place a few years ago, it was run down and front staff were quite rude. Gave it another go this year and was pleasantly surprised. Been refurbished, cleaned and staff at front couldn't have been any nicer, really enjoyed it this time around. Its a great place in a great location, we will be back

Lovely spacious rooms with balcony. Bathroom is big. Room very clean and friendly, helpful staff. It's attached to a Legues Club which offers a range of tasty food and various bars. It's close to Newcastle Entertainment Centre and McDonald's Jones Stadium. I would definitely recommend

The pool and spa were perfect for the occasion. Very clean and expectations were at its best. Both receptionists were very helpful and friendly and were able to get us in a little earlier before normal check in time which was not expected from us. Makes us want to come back again soon.
